This department is responsible for enforcing the municipal By-Laws within the boundaries of the Town of Mattawa. 

All older By-Laws are available for review at the Mattawa Municipal Office located at 160 Water Street.

Zoning By-Law
Being a by-law to implement the Official Plan of the Mattawa Planning Area. Section 6.2 of the Official Plan states that "the Town of Mattawa will adopt a Restricted Area (Zoning) Bylaw which will reflect the principles and policies contained in this plan."
