This department is responsible for enforcing the municipal By-Laws within the boundaries of the Town of Mattawa. 

All older By-Laws are available for review at the Mattawa Municipal Office located at 160 Water Street.

Dissolve Standing Committees of Council
BEING a by-law to repeal By-law 24-06 and dissolve the Standing Committees of Council.
Fireworks By-law
BEING a by-law to Regulate the Sale, Possession, Use, Setting Off, Ignition, and/or Discharge of Fireworks Within the Town of Mattawa
Consolidated User Fees
Being a by-law to adopt a consolidated user fees and charges for the Town of Mattawa.
Amendment to Recreational Open Air Burning By-Law N. 11-17
Being a By-Law to amend By-Law No. 11-17, which provides for the regulation of recreational open air burning within the Town of Mattawa.
Feeding & Attracting of Pigeons
A By-Law to prohibit the feeding and attracting of pigeons within the Town of Mattawa.
